Vegan Dessert Recipes
Today we are sharing two all-natural, raw superfood dessert recipes that are easy to make and packed with nutrition. These Superfood Desserts will make dessert enjoyable any time of the day.
Our first recipe is our ‘Raw Avocado Cacao Pudding’. Perfect for any diet – it’s raw, vegan and gluten-free. The avocado is great for adding a rich creamy texture without dairy.
Raw Avocado Cacao Superfood Pudding
Ingredients: 1 Medium Avocado 6 Medjool Dates 4 tbsp Cacao Elixir 1/2 Cup Water Raw Honey to taste Directions: Blend all ingredients in a food processor, chill, and serve! Add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit and nuts.
Avocado – Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin B5, Potassium, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folate,
Dates– Dates are a great source of energy and are also high in Fiber. They also contain a wide variety of vitamins and minerals including: Vitamin B6, Copper, Potassium, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorous, Iron and Zinc.
Cacao Elixir– Organic Arriba Cacao Powder & our Shaman’s Blend: (Lucuma, Maca, Hemp Protein, Mucuna, Ashwaganda, Chlorella and Spirulina.)
Raw Honey– Antioxidants, Enzymes, and Minerals
This next recipe is very easy to make and goes great with some hot tea. It’s a take on the traditional Moroccan dates recipe, made more bioavailable with our sprouted almonds. Why sprouted? Sprouting removes the phytic acid that is naturally found in the outer layer of the nut. This phytic acid binds with minerals present in the nuts and prevents their absorption. Nuts also have high amounts of enzyme inhibitors which makes them difficult to digest. Sprouting breaks down the phytic acid and neutralizes the enzymes, thus improving mineral absorption and making them easier to digest!
Superfood Moroccan Stuffed Dates
Ingredients: 7 Medjool Dates 1 Cup Sprouted Almonds 1/4 tsp Cinnammon 1 tbsp Orange Flower Water Raw Honey to taste Directions: In a food processor, blend almonds, cinnamon, and orange flower water to create a paste. Slice dates in half and stuff with almond paste. Enjoy!

Orange Flower Water– Apart from it’s delicate flavor and fragrance – In the Middle East, orange blossom water is given to children to treat upset stomachs, wind and indigestion.
